About Us
We started ASONS SURGICAL in Sialkot, Pakistan in 2020. Sialkot has been a center for surgical instrument manufacturing for generations, and setting up here meant we had access to forgers and finishers who already understood the material and the process before we hired them.
Six years on, we manufacture surgical, dental, orthopedic and beauty instruments across a catalog that keeps growing as buyers ask us for new items. Most of what we produce goes out under OEM or private label arrangements: a distributor sends a drawing or a reference sample, we quote it, and once it is approved we build it to that spec, batch after batch.
How an order moves through the shop
Design, forging, machining, polishing, inspection, laser marking, packaging, then shipping. That is the order things happen in, and none of the steps get skipped to hit a deadline. Every batch is checked before it leaves the building, not spot checked, the whole batch.
Who we build for
Hospitals, distributors, importers and instrument brands order from us. We currently produce for general surgery, orthopedic, dental, ENT, beauty, veterinary, gynecology, neurosurgery, cardiovascular and podiatry use cases, though the split leans heavily toward general surgical and orthopedic instruments.
What working with us looks like
We can tell you the tolerances we hold, the steel grade we use, and the timeline for your batch, and we answer our emails. Production capacity currently sits around 10,000 pieces, with room to scale once we know your volume and lead time.
